  I didn't wait at all. I was taken right back. The doctor was awesome and careing. I was diagnosed and given a prescription and out the door in literally 20 minutes. I had strep throat it was miserable but the team at Patient First took great care of me!

  The care, attention, treatment, from Dr. Joseph Richardson and his team was of the highest standard. His attention to detail had not diminished after a long day and busy clinic, I felt totally at ease with the level of professionalism and medical knowledge he and his team gave me. I can not thank them enough for helping to put me on a path of recovery.

  I was a walk-in. I filled out all the information on the screen set up on the front desk and in no time, Sheila called me in to walk me thhrough the process and complete the rest of my personal information into the system. This was very fast and before I finished signing the paperwork, the nurse was already waiting for me to begin recording my data. My Doctor, M. D. Bhagya J. Pallerla, was very attentive to my comments and doubts. She was very comprehensive and rational regarding the exams I should or should not undergo on my first visit. An overall great experience!
