- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I love my dentist! I love the staff, the office, everything about it. Dr. Shields made me lose the fear of the dentist. The dental staff and the office staff have been great helping me schedule appointments, seeing me when an emergency arises, and helping with my insurance questions. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Shields overall is nice and the atmosphere is very clean throughout the office which is great. However, I do find that her staff is unfriendly, snotty and cold. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My entire family have been patients of Dr. Shields for years, and have been very pleased. We used to see another dentist and he was constantly recommending additional treatments and procedures we felt were unnecessary. Dr. Shields only recommends whatever is necessary. Kacey the hygienist is awesome! Very thorough, and friendly too. Office staff is always friendly, everything is clean and bright.
